BlueRidge Design is operated in conjunction with the renowned bed and breakfast, The Firehouse Inn (www.thefirehouseinn.com) , located in Historic Downtown Rutherfordton. They have a showroom and a large resource room, where browsing is encouraged. Principal Designer, Kitty McCammon, Allied Member of ASID, is a graduate of Meredith College with a degree in Interior Design. She considers the design partnership that forms between client and designer to be the best part of her job and encourages each client to find his or her own sense of style. Believing that technology is a vital part of today's world, her husband and partner Keven, with a Bachelors Degree in Technology and Masters Degree in Business, lends technical support and practicality to each design. Sita Walker, certified in Redesign and Home Staging, rounds out the design team with an eye for detail and expert knowledge of resources. Customer service and hospitality are always a top priority for the firm.
