Aaron Bailey and Jeffe Morgan, partners in Asheville's Edge Gallery, take a unique approach to furniture design. Starting with sustainably harvested timbers, they mill, dry, design and build beautiful one-of-a-kind furnishings. The lumber often comes from tree removals, lot clearings or logs spotted in yards or dumps. Sometimes the logs themselves inspire the design of the furniture. We like to help the customers dream up something that fits their personalities...something extraordinary, says Bailey.
