High clerestory windows in the kitchen area provide light and ventilation. Lumber for the ash floors was culled from the property and locally-milled. The banister is standard goat-pen panels incorporated into custom steel railing by Dynamic Metalworks. Stainless steel cabinetry by IKEA is topped with a concrete counter by Shane Snider Designs. Custom cabinetry is by Andrew Schultz.
